Store Returns

Returns are accepted for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase date. Items must be in their original packaging and accompanied by the receipt. Gift card purchases are not refundable.

Online Returns

Online purchases can be returned at any of our stores under the same store return policy as above.

You can also mail your product to 1545 Pacific Ave, San Francisco, CA 94109, Attn: Returns. Please include your order information in shipping box for proper processing. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five business days.

Quality Guarantee

We will replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement, please contact us via email within 30 days of purchase so we can process an exchange.

You may also return your defective or damaged item at one of our stores within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping & Pickups

Our products are shipped within the United States using the following carriers: UPS & USPS.

Readymade frame and supply orders will be processed and shipped within 1 business day of payment. Custom frame orders will be processed same day and shipped within 5 business days of payment.

Cheap Pete's warehouse operates out of San Francisco, California. All orders originate from the warehouse and shipping times vary by distance. UPS Ground deliveries for Online Store orders take between 1 to 6 business days to be delivered from day of order processing date, barring any unusual exception.

Online order store pickup is available at all locations. All pickup orders are put into process same day and may take up to 3 business days to complete, depending on store inventory. Customers will receive notice once their completed order is ready for pickup.
